Operations Manager

Responsibilities Include Transaction Coordination, Administrative, and Marketing


Transaction Coordination (Buyers and Sellers)

- Upload and maintain all records according to The Brooks Group standards on internal sites

- Send out all emails to customers – Buyers/Sellers - per The Brooks Group standards

- Learn, prepare, and send all contracts

- Coordinate inspections, repairs, insurance, closings, documents with lenders and title companies, and keep all files up to date at all times.

- Input data into MLS for new listings and close listings out upon closings

- Collect and delver checks or client materials to team’s office or third parties when needed

Administrative

- Manage agent schedule/responsibilities and perform goal tracking

- Send daily accountability email notifying all members of team of daily and weekly goals

- Do filing, copying, and similar office work

- Order marketing materials including t-shirts, magazines, hats, etc.

- Perform miscellaneous errands

- Set up and coordinate showings for agents

- Assist other members of the team by being a problem solver

- Manage Team Lead’s inbox and take incoming calls when in meetings

- Setting personal/professional goals and team’s personal and professional goals weekly

Marketing

- Maintain database of past and current customers (deep dive to back track)

- Manage social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and our website via Mopro.com

- Plan and execute client events and buyer seminars for team

- Create and print flyers for team upon request

Salary and Expectations

Hours:

8:30am to 5:00pm

30 minutes of after hour work

Typically weekends off unless client/team event

10 days paid vacation (try to communicate 3 months in advance if possible for business planning purposes) including federal holidays after 90 day probationary period


Pay:

$80 per day ($10/hour) during 90/day trial on 40 hour week = $1,600/month

$92 per day ($11.5/hour) after 90/day trial on 40 hour week = $1,840/month

Bonus (Applies After 90 Days):

$50 per closing (has to be start to finish)

$50 per 5/5 Zillow Review

Average of 10 closing per month = $100 * 10 = $1,000

Total Pay = $1,840 + $1,000 = $2,840 – Annual = $34,080 + Trainings

*Team anticipates 120+ closings over the next 12 months


Other:

After 90 Days Operations Manager will have a 90 day review with Team Lead

After 90 Days team will pay for relevant trainings including BOLD ($800)

Operations Manager Trainings that require travel will be coved by the team (other than food)

Quarterly Performance Reviews and Compensation Review Annually
